Randy has lived and worked in Halton his entire life.Developing trusting relationships with clients and doing excellent quality work is Randy’s #1 priority.Randy’s construction skills have been developed over 20 years through working in heavy construction and in residential home renovations. Randy is a hands on business owner who supervises his dedicated team and projects daily. Randy’s main goal is to ensure the renovation experience is completed on time and within budget with minimal disruption to the customers daily routines. His close connection and trustworthiness mean that his clients often become clients for life.

Mike Blakey

 Mike has been contracting for over 15 years on new builds, additions and home renovations. He loves turning the clients vision into reality. Working with Redwin Contracting offers him the variety and creativity that he thrives on. Mike is a doting father of 2 energetic boys. When he does get some time for himself he plays hockey, frequents the gym and strums on his guitar.

Jordan Thibodeau

Jordan started his construction career in decking, and has expanded his skillset to home renovations. He loves the challenges that being a member of Randy’s team provides. For him, the clients often turn into friends which in turn creates clients for life. Rock climbing, playing basketball and playing music are just some of the things that keep Jordan busy in his free time.
